Creating a Dynamic Config makes Dynamic Config creation easy. First, Login to the dashboard and navigate to Dynamic Configs page. Click on "New Config" button.

Now you will be prompted to create a new Dynamic Config.

In create Dynamic Config page provide the following details:

  1. Name: A meaningful name for your Config that will allow you to easily locate it in the dashboard.

  2. Key: Give a unique key to reference a config in your code. A key value can be customized to anything you like, so long as it does not duplicate existing keys.

  3. Description : Briefly describe what this config is about. This will help your team members understand the config purpose.

  4. Tags : Assign tags to config (Eg: marketing, sales, etc) and assign ownership to the business teams. These tags can be used to determine who has read or write access to configs.

  5. Type of config: Select the type of config which you want to push to the clients in run time. Once the config has been created then you cannot change the config type. In the next section, you can find the different types of config supported by

  6. Is server config: This field determines whether the config is available through the client key or server key. By default, the field will be set to false. If you mark it as true then the config will be available only through server key.
